Toy arch in Pristine White: The mobile toy arch is the perfect complement to our Deluxe+ Docks.  The mobile toy arch allows for babies to be actively engaged and entertained while safely lounging.  Babies will love reaching for and playing with the dangling crinkly toys, which will help strengthen their muscles, encourage fine motor skills, and stimulate their imagination. 

Cheeky Chums Toy set: Not your average baby toys, these cool and quirky dangling creatures bring a downtown, modern vibe to your baby’s world. The three crinkly black and white toys promote sensory development. In collaboration with New York artist Matthew Langille.

Safety Note: Toy Set Bundle is only to be used when fully assembled and attached to a DockATot Deluxe+ size Dock (sold separately). Toys are not intended to be used separately of Arch.

DockATot is to only be used in a supervised setting. It is not to be used in baby cots, bassinets, baby beds, travel cots, baby bouncers, co-sleepers or other types of baby furniture. For best practice, please review our Safety Guidelines and Safety page.

Returns

Returns are only possible for items purchased at full price, without any sale discounts. STRICTLY no returns on sale items.

We offer change of mind returns for eligible products purchased at full-price within 14 days of receipt of goods, for Australian orders. Please note that a $25 restocking fee will be deducted for all customer returns. 

Exchanges/store credits/refunds are not eligible for sale items (this includes sales run using discount codes, and sales with marked discounts on our website). This does not include faulty items. Faulty items will be dealt with in line with consumer law; please contact us if you have a warranty concern.

Due to the high customs and freight charges we absorb when sending orders to NZ, it is not possible to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind from NZ. This does not apply to faulty products.

All efforts are made to dispatch orders within 48 hours (9am - 5pm Monday to Friday), however this may vary during busy periods. Please visit our shipping page for full information

AU orders:

Free standard shipping on all orders over $99

Express shipping is available to purchase at checkout – please ensure you select this option if Express shipping is desired. Note that we are unable to add Express shipping on to existing orders once they have been placed.

AU orders are shipped with Australia Post

NZ orders:

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout

NZ orders are shipped with DHL Express or DHL Global Mail Packet Plus, depending on size
